   Disappointing as I was not expecting a buffet breakfast. That was not advertised. I would have preferred a selection of the menu advertised.

   $40 for a buffet breakfast that served nothing but your typical hotel breakfast.. .definitely not worth it. Nothing stood out..

   Terrible pricing. 20% Gratuity included and you can still tip afterwards. My bill was $200, not bad for a Lamb Shank, Coq Qa Vine, and a dessert with a appetizer. What im annoyed about is the slow service, they didn't even bother providing a menu for wine. Aside from that they would take 5-10 minutes to refill our beverages. And dont bother reserving for Valentine's, you can hardly tell the difference. 2/5

   The food took well over an hour and a half to come out after waiting 20 minutes past reservation time to be seated. We had left after being told our food had nog been started yet and the one appetizer we did receive contained an allergen that was told to the host and listed in the reservation notes. Great place but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate

   It seemed there were too few servers to handle the guests. Food prep times were extraordinarily long. Servers explained that the cook staff was short of people and they were responsible for preparing food for the entire hotel. The food tasted great but the experience was regrettable. Our server did the best she could.

   Very understaffed when we went. Took almost 2 hours to get the main course. Our waiter had so many tables we were forgotten about and were one of the last tables there before we got our entree. Food was not great, not worth the price.

   It took an hour to get an appetizer but I don’t think it was the cooks fault. Our waiter saw me look at my watch, made a face and said it’d be right out. I think he forgot to put it in. He did clearly forget to order my husband’s salad. When his state came out, he ordered a medium rare and got a well done. Our waiter also did not bring a steak knife out and we had to ask him for a knife. The service was clearly the worst part but the food honestly is not what you expect for the price. This is supposed to be a very nice restaurant and our dessert tasted like it came from Publix. it wasn’t awful, but we eat a lot of very nice restaurants like Ruth’s Chris so we expected a lot more.

   The experience overall was horrible. waited an hour for our server to even come and when she did our food was cold. Not planning on going back ever.

    Outstanding service staff, efficient, effective and courteous. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in terms of options. Food was tasty. A very nice experience
