   We’ve been to many brazilian steakhouses and are always impressed by the food, drinks, and ambiance. This one, however, was not great. We felt ignored and rushed. The valentines package was supposed to include flowers and balloons; I was even called the week before to confirm and they stated again what was included. No flowers, no balloons. I tried to order an alcoholic drink on several occasions, but staff didn’t seem to notice we were trying to get their attention. Meat selection was ok, the tri tip was dry and tough. The music was a strange club atmosphere. The lights were flickering like they were trying to make it look like candles, but it just didn’t work. I feel like they tried, but it was poorly executed. I’ll stick to the other Brazilian steakhouses in town from here on out.

   Excellent each and every time we dine here! Salad bar is the best in town, meats are well seasoned…just so delicious!

   The food was incredible and plentiful. The service was on point even tho they were super busy. I have celiac decease, so I'm highly allergic to gluten. I was able to enjoy almost everything, including my choice of 3 different deserts. I had 2, and they were delicious. I can't wait to go back .

   Doubled the price for valentine day. Food was fair at best, said they were increasing price for flowers and Photo Booth. Didn't see any of them. Desert was not included in the high price. Service was actually good.

   It was honestly disappointing. We were sat and had to wait for 5 minutes for them to bring a drink menu by, that should have been taken to the table when we were seated. The lobster bisque was horrible, our sides that we ordered came out lukewarm warm. It was like they tossed them in the microwave to warm them up. The meats were super fatty, dry or charred to the point you didn't want to eat them. We had to ask several times for the grilled shrimp, that finally came by after we have been there for 30 mins and then they would give you 3. This will be our last time visiting.

   Walked into restaurant and it was so loud with 3-4 tvs blasting so left without dining there. It was superrbowl but not appropriate for a dining experience

   Pretty good if you can wait for some of the meat selections like the Filet and Prime-rib to be replenished - salad bar was fine The sides include were great - asparagus & yuca fries were great - we had a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed themselves and left stuffed. It was not that crowded for a holiday weekend which suited us fine and I could see the Ravens/ Bills game on the widescreen tv over the bar! Friendly Service - Thanks Pablo! I will recommend it to others and we’ll be back!

   Open Table need to update prices. Sunday Brunch is $35 not $24.99 Bottomless Mimosa is $25 not 18.000 Other things are additional to the $35 charge Otherwise I was accommodated according to all my asks. Food excellent as usual and service great. I wish mimosa came quicker.

    Via Brazil is by far the best Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas! They offer quality meats, fresh buffet items, and the service is always outstanding. This is our first time trying their brunch and it was great. Waffle, Omelet, and Crepe Station, buffet items, and of course the best meats served right at your table. Amazing Food, Amazing Quality. If you haven't tried their brunch before, check it out.
