Since 2007, Victoria Gastro Pub has provided an inviting pub atmosphere serving sophisticated, yet unpretentious food. The main objective of our kitchen is to serve innovative twists on classic pub fare that stress quality and freshness with every recipe, and every ingredient. The menu items draw from both national and international cooking traditions and remain in harmony with the seasonal availability of high-quality ingredients with many of the herbs and vegetables coming from our very own garden at Manor Hill Farm.

    For private events, we have three rooms to choose from. Our main room, “Seven Sisters”, seats 40 guests and comes fully equipped with a projector & screen. Our smaller room, “Oxford Circus”, seats up to 30 guests. Lastly, “Highbury Terrace”, can seat up to 50 guests. Two or even all three rooms can be combined to accommodate as many as 150 guests.     We went chose to eat here specifically because we wanted a good brunch with vegetarian options. Brunch was amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and bevvies. And, the service was great - on point without feeling like we were being rushed. We will definitely return.

    Food was good. It was a bit disappointing that the dessert menu was so minimal and 2 of the choices was not available. Our server was excellent.

    The food was fine but very expensive for what we got. We were there for brunch and I got the egg white frittata which was the size of a piece of pie and was simply fluffy egg whites with spinach for $24.00. It did come with a side of potatoes but it wasn’t anything special . My friend got the beet salad and said it was delicious . Others felt that their food was average .

    Knowledgeable and friendly staff; great food; even better wine. It was a perfect experience that really couldn’t be improved on. Sorry to gush but they gave my partner and I a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend VGP highly enough!

    The server was excellent, but long wait for the main course to arrive. Even longer wait for dessert. Fish and chips were more like fish "sticks" and chips.

    Consistently wonderful. We came here on our first date. He proposed here. We took both sides of our family here to meet before our wedding. Have spent many a New Years and anniversary there…Great food. Great service. Warm and friendly people every time!
