   My husbands shrimp were not cooked and they had to bring another plate. I ordered a bowl of soup and got less than 6 oz. The cornbread was cold like they had taken out of refrigerator. The raspberry cheesecake had plastic wrap stuck on it. We always like to eat here and they have the best breakfast but this experience not pleasant. The server tried but had way too many tables.

   We ended up eating at the bar instead of our reserved table. The bartenders were excellent. The food was outstanding. No complaints except maybe the pricing was a bit high even with the discount. We are locals and are never disappointed with the Biltmore Estate eateries.

   I sat at the bar and Steve the bartender was great. Even though I wasnt drinking he gave me excellent service. My Crab bisque was delicious but my salmon entree lacked any flavor and was quite bland.

   My guest and I shared the pot roast with au gratin potatoes and a side of the brussel sprouts. It was delicious!

   Had a great time. Service was excellent. All the food was good except the risotto. Otherwise I’d given it a 5 as well. Was a bit louder than normal.

    Food was amazing! We were sad that they couldn’t make most of their specialty cocktails because they were out of so many things. Service was great. It was pretty loud, but not at the fault of music, just a noisy crowd! Would come back!
