    Two stars because the food was meh but very expensive. The service was great, but they just have zero pizzazz in the kitchen. The wedge salad had too much dressing and the bacon chunks were fairly tough to chew. The lobster bisque was off-color (even with sherry) and had an only quarter-size piece of lobster and an absolute ton of pepper. So much pepper that it was burning my mouth and I was afraid it would damage my stomach if I continued to eat it. The roasted bone marrow was not quite right and we should have skipped that. Seafood ball appetizer was actually good and came with an outstanding sauce that seemed like tartar with horseradish mixed in. The steaks were ok and cooked correctly, but looked odd served with nothing else on the plate, just the meat. To be fair, the sides are a la carte, with the mac and cheese being the highlight, mashed potatoes were ok, roasted Brussels sprouts were salty beyond belief. The bread for the table was a very tasty soft fresh loaf and was another highlight. My son that ordered the 6 oz. Wagu steak enjoyed his dinner, and everyone ate all of their steaks, but it just was not showstopper food for the price and regret set in after the bill was paid. Certainly, our server did his best, but there just was not enough wow to be found in the food.

    Ormando was amazing. Exceptional service was provided. Our tomahawk was prepared perfectly. A must stop when we pass through again.

    The food was perfect. Hot plates were provided to keep food warm, which was a great touch. The chef came out and checked in with us.

    If you want steak that melts in your mouth, make you not want to talk the entire time you eat? This is the place you want to come. The price is what you would expect for what you get, but be warned the steak is a la carte. Drinks are on point and the staff are the absolute best. 15/10 recommend and will continue to frequent.

    I’ve had steaks all over world and the filet at Vince Young’s was one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavor was fantastic and it was as tender as a cloud. The ambiance was perfect as it was not too bright and not very noisy. I highly recommend it for a quality meal and experience.
