The srrvice was extremely slow. Took 1/2 hour to get a soda. Had to ask employees passing by. The meals were served to the wrong members of our party. Dropped and left without asking. We had to pass our entrees around to get it right. My meal was partially cold as if it sat in the kitchen a while. We rarely saw our server, Isaac. We were obviously celebrating my sister's birthday. She ordered dessert then they brought a birthday dessert giving her two desserts. Really? It took 3 hours to eat lunch. I am generous tipper. My reaction to the slow service was to cut my tip in half (yes, I left one). I put a note on the check about the slow service. Did not expect this from Ventanas!!!

We loved the location and the food but the service was a bit slow and there were long gaps of time when no one was checking up on our table.

Very nice restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere. Staff was great. Didn’t give 5 stars to service because our server disappeared for quite a while and we ran out of time for dessert. Otherwise service was great.

I was very disappointed in my dining experience. The ambience and outdoor patio is exquisite. -I was unaware they only serve appetizers from 3-5pm. -The service/kitchen were very slow (3:30 pm reservation) -The lobster bisque was watery and had no lobster pieces at all -The blackened shrimp lettuce wraps actually had no shrimp in them. I was so looking forward to my experience there but was safely disappointed.

I came here to reunite with former colleagues for lunch. Our server was very attentive with our table and was very knowledgeable in answering questions. Our orders came in a timely manner and were accurate. The food was flavorful with generous portions. The main dining room is spacious free of clutter. The food and service are top notch.
