   We had an absolute PERFECT meal today. I just finished clinic and wanted to do something special. Decided to go with the Chef’s special of medallions of beef with portobello sauce over rice. Suzy and I shared a salad & soup to start (yes going out of order🤪) and finished with shared apple pie and cappuccino’s. A T ruly perfect meal made even better by David’s impeccable service.    If you’re looking for a dining experience in Summerlin NV that combines elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere, Vitners Grill is the place to try. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it was a feast for the senses. We started with the charcuterie 3 piece selection for our table of 2. It was perfect for us and presented with style. A Caesar salad was good but too much for us with the board. The board was better with the toasted bread. We order the main entrees of halibut and veal which were cooked to absolute perfection. The fish was tender and flaky, with a buttery richness that paired beautifully with the fresh, seasonal accompaniments. The flavors were so well-balanced, although a starch might have been a good side. The same with the veal - perfectly tender, prepared with a great flavor that showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen. I held the mushrooms but the sauce brought that flavor into the dish. Angel hair pasta side was perfect. Beyond the food, the service was attentive but never intrusive—and the ambiance made the entire meal feel like a special occasion, which it was for a birthday. Crème brûlée was some of the best I’ve had. They nailed it. Whether you’re celebrating or just treating friends and family to a great meal, this local Summerlin restaurant is worth a visit.    Dinner at Vintner Grill was amazing, once again. This time, I shared a flatbread with my husband for an appetizer and had the salmon as my entree, while he had the bouillabaisse. Everything was superb! The service was exceptional, from offering a black napkin to one of our dinner companions (she was wearing black) to refills of water and wine recommendations.    This was our 3rd and best experience here. We’ve been before in Spring, and it was lovely but the winter ambiance was especially nice. We had a corner couch table which was comfortable and good for conversation, but we were across from the kitchen so also noisy and busy. The food was great: I had the halibut and my husband had the sea scallops. I also enjoyed the Pink Panther cocktail which was an interesting mix of gin, St. Germane, and grapefruit. Our server was attentive but I don’t remember his name. We didn’t linger as we had a concert on the Strip. But we will definitely be back to this neighborhood gem.

   We LOVE Vintners Grill! This is a truly “Napa Valleyesque” type restaurant. Fresh fish, meats and produce that are wonderfully prepared & delicious. Service is personable and professional in a beautiful dining environment.

    This is my all-time #1 choice for dining in all of Summerlin. Their fresh fish and seafood including halibut, salmon, sea bass, scallops, crab and calamari are delicious and melt in your mouth. The chef's sauces and dressings have subtle flavors that enhance each dish without overpowering the meal flavor. My favorite white wine to pair with the wild caught fare is a bottle of their New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc offering. Service is prompt and impeccable. My favorite restaurant is divine.
