   horrible horrible experience. honestly put such a damper on our honeymoon. we were seated well after our reservation. hostess was so rude. we didn’t have a server for 20 minutes, i don’t think we would’ve been helped if i didn’t say anything. and then the food was not good. 0/10 experience and wildly overpriced. do NOT recommend.

   45 minutes between bread, appetizer & main course is a bit long. 3+ hours for service of two! As always the food and service is 5 star. So must be a kitchen issue (hopefully with the extra % you are implementing for the privilege to eat at your establishment will take care of that). Mahalo

   Quite a long wait despite our reservation, forgot part of our order entirely, screaming kids at several tables, no set waiter/waitress & forgot our request for 30 year anniversary celebration. Food was good though. Have canceled the other earlier planner reservation, as not interested in going back.

   Many time diner at this establishment. The room we were sat in was out of the way, the food was good, but the side was cold. The service was unacceptable for such a famed restaurant. Sent an email to the general manager to alert them to the problems, hoping they would look into it. Nothing has been acknowledged as of yet. Very disappointing

   I love Spago, but the noise level between tables is horrible. We were a two top seated having a comfortable dinner, the music was fairly loud but then a table of 14 was seated next to us plus a table of 6 for overflow guests. It sounded like a soccer match from that point on. Several other smaller table got up and left. Spago needs to get a handle on how to manage large groups so they don’t affect all the other dinners. Separate/private dinning rooms would help this situation. On the good side the food snd service were very good. The wine by the glass selection could be expanded, it is very limited and mid level. I’ll go back again, but be careful about where we are seated.

   Ribs over cooked, not juicy , not meaty. Portion sizes small. Rest of meal was good but not exceptional. For the price charged, I expect exceptional.

   Once again it was excellent. I started off with the caviar service. Was excellent! Then we had the pasta and mushrooms and the Onaga fish with oriental vegetables. At the end we had the chocolate soufflé. Was a great dinner. Thank you!

    Wonderful birthday celebration! Our server David was fantastic, as were his assistants. Enjoyed the excellent cuisine, service and ambience. Thanks for helping to make birthday special!
