VERY tasty steaks. Only negative was doneness of one of the steaks which was medium rather than medium rare.

The flavor of the risotto was great. The risotto it self was over cooked and mushy. The Halibut was dry but had good seasoning. Everything else was delicious. We would definitely go back.

Bring a flashlight to assist in reading the menu. Two of us had the Wood Fired Chicken. The rossoto was luke warm. The greens on the entre plate were cold. Basic chicken, nothing special about it.

Service was slow, lettuce wilted, croutons stale, beer not very cold, and steak was over-cooked. Not the type of experience we’re accustomed to at this location. We won’t be back for a long while.

The dinner last night with good friend was top shelf !!! Lobster Mac and delicious steak cooked just right - Woodfire Grill at the Kansas Star is a super nice place to enjoy a night out and of course you can play games

Service was slow, waitress seemed overwhelmed. 1 Steak had to be sent back after it was expressly ordered to have no pink and was totally pink when cut. Did the kitchen get the message or was it ignored in kitchen? Food quality, taste and service has definitely declined over the years. Had to ask about specials and request drink menu - took forever to get drink menu to order first round and brought 1 for table Of 6 not 2. Recommend adding more wait Staff to provide superior service since You are charging premium Prices.
